The Mobil Kitchen includes roof air vents, aluminum exhaust
vents with removable caps, chrome rear bumpers, two large
30 gallon propane tanks, large 60 gallon drain tanks, exterior
compartment for refrigeration compressors and electrical
system, rear ladder for roof access, and two service doors
with fluorescent lighting.
Available inside are fluorescent lighting for greater visibility,
two service windows, deep fat fryer, charbroiler, double
open burner, grill, steam table, garnish/or condiment box,
fold-up wood working counter, freezer, three compartment
sink with 12" drain boards, hand wash sink, gas coffee
urn, four compartment refrigeration, interior over-the-counter
storage shelving, under-the-counter storage shelving, and
interior water system for kitchen clearing.
